**NOTE:  Blue Ridge is in a semi-dry county;  you can buy beer and wine in the grocery/convenience
stores (except on Sundays), and there are some restaurants where you can get beer/wine with your
meal.  You are no longer able to "brown bag" your own wine at any restaurant in Fannin County.
